Arlo finished high school in 2025, going on to join Glic while continuing her education through a Modern Apprenticeship, taking opportunities to learn while working.
At Glic, Arlo often works on the backend of our projects, making sure the relevant data is available for the project researchers and analysts.
Outside of Glic, Arlo volunteers as a leader of the younger Scouts and is involved in the planning and running of Argyll District Scouts. She keeps active honing her archery skills and loves a trip to her local community shop, seeking out books, stamps, and clothes.
